Alto Sax, Clarinet
Why did you choose these instruments?
I first learned to play clarinet. Then the music school bought two alto saxes. One for the teacher and one for the student. Immediately, of course, I decided that a tenor sax was better, and I had plans to switch to a tenor. A few years later I heard Charlie Parker, Kenny Garrett, David Sanborn, Per Ruskträsk, Candy Dulfer etc., and then I no longer wanted to change the saxophone.
Why do you play music?
Because I can’t help it. Kind of a habit. Good for my soul and at the same time destructive for all other basic aspects of life, such as finances, career and social life.
